Returns
Our 14-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, it must not be damaged.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers or orders that use the "OPEN BOX" service.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any defect or damage or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and work to resolve it.
We only accept returns of defective or damaged items with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In case of damaged item, send an email and photos to: circeminerals@gmail.com .
Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to deliver in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
